3 Hour Parking
At weekends and Bank Holidays, you can enjoy 3 hours of free parking in any of our public car parks when you spend £10 at any of our participating shops, cafés, bars, or restaurants. To get 3 hours of free parking, only ask if the store is participating in the discount plan, then have your ticket validated at the point of purchase and use it in the pay-on-foot machines before yielding to your car. Avoid any parking violations by confirming your ticket is correctly validated. Alternatively, spend £10 in Waitrose Food & Home Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and enjoy 2 hours of free parking. To get 2 hours of free parking, simply ask for your ticket to be validated at the point of purchase and use it in the pay-on-foot machines before returning to your car. Travelers exploring nearby National Trust sites can also take benefit of this parking usefulness for added convenience.

Electric Vehicle Charging
Electric Vehicle Charging in Canada Square Car Park There are twelve reliable superchargers for Tesla vehicles on Parking Level 3. There are fourteen charging points for BP Pulse members on parking level 3. All electric vehicles are subject to the applicable daily Canary Wharf parking tariff.
Road Parking
The Limehouse Link tunnel and The Highway provide access to the City and the West End. The Blackwall and Rotherhithe tunnels provide a link across the river to south London.
The A13 is a three-lane highway from Canary Wharf parking to the M25 orbital motorway which in turn connects to all the main routes out of London. Canary Wharf has 6,000 car parking spaces of which 2,500 are provided within public car parks. Canary Wharf Parking also provides pedal and motorcycle parking at several locations. Canary Wharf parking is well served by taxis with a total of 11 taxi ranks that operate 24 hours a day.

Elizabeth line
Elizabeth Line services are operated by MTR Elizabeth Line underneath a concession from Transport for London (TfL). TfL does not consider it to be part of its additional rail services such as the London Underground or Overground. Once known as Crossrail, the Elizabeth line is now available. Coach services connect Canary Wharf parking with London Victoria, North Kent, Snodland, Vigo Village, New Ash Green, New Covent Garden, and Maidstone. Road closures may affect your journey. Bus trails during road closures are the responsibility of Transport for London.
PLANNED ROUTE ALTERATIONS:
From Saturday 11 November, until further notice, bus routes D7, 135 & 277 will not be stopping at the bus stop immediately outside of 8 Canada Square (the HSBC building). The nearest next stop, Bus Stop J, is just 75 yards from the HSBC stop and is easily accessible. Alternatively, you can use bus stops F or G. Bus routes D3, D8, and N550, and all coach routes are unaffected. On Saturday 28 September 5 am until 9 pm the road between West India Avenue entry and Upper Bank Street will be shut. This includes the North Colonnade and Cabot Square areas. TfL will be amending their bus route accordingly.
River Bus
Thames Clippers operates four peak services per hour to Canary Wharf Parking pier from central London (Waterloo) in the west and Woolwich in the east. It takes 30 minutes from Waterloo to Canary Wharf and 29 minutes from Woolwich to Canary Wharf parking.
Stops include Westminster, Embankment, Blackfriars, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower Piers to the west, Greenland (Surrey Quays) Pier, Masthouse Terrace, and Greenwich. A shuttle service from London Bridge to Canary Wharf (13 minutes) operates every 10 minutes during peak hours. Also, a cross-river shuttle runs between Greenland (Surrey Quays) Pier and Canary Wharf parking. For counted comfort, Oyster cards are now accepted for Pay-As-You-Go payments on river bus services. The Canary Wharf parking pier is just a few minutes from the center of the Canary Wharf Estate, close to Westferry Circus. During holidays extra services may be available, ensuring smooth travel. If you accept a penalty, you can appeal parking fines following the proper procedure.
Pedestrian and Cycle Routes
Canary Wharf Parking is a few minutes walk from the Thames Path, a public right of way that runs the whole length of the river. Greenwich/Cutty Sark, through the foot tunnel, is 2.2 miles away or 45 minutes on foot. There is a footbridge from the West Wintergarden to the South Quay, and Upper Bank Street Bridge delivers a route to Poplar DLR Station in the north.

Entrance to our Secure Bicycle Compound in Canada Square Car Park is open for £12 per calendar month. However, space is limited, and electric bike or scooter storage is not permitted. There are 273 Santander Cycle docking stations on the Canary Wharf Parking estate, making cycling an accessible option. E-Scooter Hire
Since June 2021, electric scooters (e-scooters) have been available to rent in several areas of London, including Canary Wharf.
We have three e-scooter providers – Dott, Lime, and TIER – offering e-scooters to hire in 19 locations on the Estate. The e-scooter providers have been approved by TfL and follow strict safety guidelines. The e-scooters offer our visitors, workers, and residents at Canary Wharf another great sustainable way to get around the Estate. Also, You must have the class for Q entitlement on your driving license to use an e-scooter. A full or temporary UK license for categories AM, A, or B contains entitlement for category Q. If you have one of these licenses, you can use an e-scooter
How to Hire a Rental Electric Scooter
You can rent the operators’ e-scooters through their mobile phone apps. Most electric scooter rentals have a base price – a pair of bucks just to unlock the scooter – and then a per-minute cost after that. Think of it like a cab ride, but you’re the driver. You will need to:
Download the app of your preferred operator
Complete the enrollment process, including confirming your age and driving license
Complete the obligatory in-app training before your first ride
Find an e-scooter and use a QR code or vehicle ID displayed on the e-scooter to unlock it in the relevant operator’s app
The rental trial in London has been provided with safety features including:
- Riders must be 18 or over and have at least a provisional driving license
- The speed limit of trial e-scooters is limited at 12.5mph, automatically decreasing to 8mph in ‘go slow’ areas. They also come to a safe stop in ‘no-go’ zones
- All first-time riders must satisfy mandatory training on how to ride safely in London
- Trial e-scooters are maintained to a high level and have large wheels to help guide road covers more easily
- Lights at the front and rear of the vehicles are always on throughout any rental

Rail
Eurostar
Services from Paris and Brussels, among other destinations, stop at Stratford International. It takes approximately 8 minutes to reach Canary Wharf Parking via the Jubilee Line.
If you live in a city where the Eurostar departs and you’re traveling with only a carry-on and advance notice, the Eurostar is often a cheaper and more convenient option than flying. However, if you’re booking a last-minute trip without checked luggage, flying is usually the more affordable choice.
Stratford
